Viking

Viking’ was selected in Europe for use in orchards but gardeners quickly discovered it’s many attributes as a landscape plant. It is a staple in Eastern Europe backyard gardens and has great potential in the US. Beautiful red fall colors follow the glossy summer foliage. Large Blueberry sized purplish black berries can be used for pies and jellies or left on the shrub to provide food for birds and other wildlife.
